patellar-tendon-strap
Patellar Tendon Strap, Patella Band & Knee Brace for Patellar Tendonitis, Jumper's Knee and Running, 3D Silicone Knee Strap

The Patellar Tendon Strap is a 3D silicone patella band for patellar tendonitis, jumper's knee and running. It sits just below the kneecap and presses a contoured pad onto the patellar tendon for targeted support, without the bulk of a full knee brace. Also called a patella strap, patellar strap, infrapatellar strap or knee band. Sold in pairs, one strap for each knee.

Who it is for

Adults with patellar tendonitis (jumper's knee), patellar tendinopathy, patellar tendon pain or knee pain just below the kneecap during activity. Popular with runners, basketball and volleyball players, pickleball and tennis players, weightlifters, hikers and anyone whose knees ache on stairs, squats, lunges or jumps.

How it works

The pad sits on the tendon just below the kneecap. Its U-shaped top edge cradles the bottom of the kneecap, so the pad stays centered on the tendon while you move. Firm, focused pressure on the tendon changes how force travels through it, which is why infrapatellar straps are widely worn for jumper's knee and patellar tendon pain during sport and exercise.

Features

3D silicone pad: molded ripples press on the patellar tendon, not the kneecap, and spread pressure evenly

U-shaped design: the curved top edge cradles the bottom of the kneecap and helps keep the pad in place

Adjustable fit: a soft, stretchy woven band with a hook-and-loop closure that adjusts in seconds

Low profile: fits under leggings, running tights, compression shorts and most pants

Breathable and sweat-resistant: the band breathes on long runs and the silicone rinses clean

Sold in pairs: at least two straps in every pack

Unisex: one size fits most adult men and women

Colors: black, gray, blue and pink

Pack sizes

1 pair (2 straps), 2 pairs (4 straps) or 3 pairs (6 straps).
