The 90-day feel-better guarantee

We want you to feel the difference. Wear your Patellar Tendon Strap for up to 90 days from the day your order is delivered. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us and we will refund the full product price. You do not need to send the straps back.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@patellartendonstrap.com within 90 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
  3. We reply within 1 business day to confirm your refund.

When you get your money back

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it to your account.

What the guarantee covers

  • The full product price of your Patellar Tendon Strap order.
  • Standard shipping is free on US orders. Expedited shipping fees and shipping protection are not refunded once your order has shipped, because those services have already been used.
  • If you added 2-year strap protection, it is refunded together with the order when you request a refund within 90 days.
  • The guarantee is limited to one refund per customer and covers orders placed directly on our website.

Exchanges

Want a different color or pack size? Email us within 90 days of delivery. We refund your order under the guarantee, and you can place a new order for the color or pack you want. There is nothing to send back.

Restocking fees

There are no restocking fees and no return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

2-year strap protection claims

If you added 2-year strap protection and a strap tears, stretches out or its pad comes loose within 2 years of delivery, email us a photo with your order number and we will ship a free replacement strap.

Shipping protection claims

If you added shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will ship a free replacement within 1 business day. See our shipping policy for details.

Other items

Items other than the Patellar Tendon Strap can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Email us to start a return and we will send instructions. Refunds for returned items are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
