Shipping options
Every Patellar Tendon Strap order to the United States ships with tracking. Choose your speed at checkout:
- Free tracked shipping ($0): processed in 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 5 to 8 business days.
- Expedited shipping ($9.95): processed in 0 to 1 business days, then delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
Where we ship
We currently ship the Patellar Tendon Strap to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders with free tracked shipping are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and orders with expedited shipping within 0 to 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day start processing the same day.
Delivery time
After your order ships, free tracked shipping takes 5 to 8 business days and expedited shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Most free shipping orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed, and most expedited orders within 3 to 6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Tracking can take 1 to 2 business days to show its first update. You can also visit our order tracking page.
Address changes and cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email hello@patellartendonstrap.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can update or cancel any order that has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address, but it is still covered by our 90-day guarantee.
Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 business days, your package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We will work with the carrier and send a free replacement if the package is confirmed lost or damaged.
Shipping protection (optional)
For $7.95 you can add shipping protection to your order. With shipping protection there is no carrier claim to wait for: if your package is lost, stolen (including a package marked as delivered that you cannot find) or arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we ship a free replacement within 1 business day. Shipping protection is optional, and you can remove it from your cart before checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, contact us and we will help arrange a reshipment.
